Are you a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer looking for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential?
RG Home Mortgage is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Loan Officer covering the Southwestern United States. This is a 100% commission-based, remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the region. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgages in California, Arizona, and Texas, while also having the opportunity to expand into commercial lending through our sister company, RG Commercial Capital.
Responsibilities:
- Originate residential mortgage loans in CA, AZ, and TX
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, builders, and financial planners
- Conduct thorough loan interviews and analyze applicants' financial situations
- Guide borrowers through the loan process, from application to closing
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on mortgage industry regulations and guidelines
- Optional: Pursue commercial loan opportunities through RG Commercial Capital
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in mortgage loan origination
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and guidelines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Must have or obtain NMLS license
- Experience with Encompass loan origination software (preferred)
